SHIPPING

How long does it take to process my order?

We process orders from Monday to Friday, typically within 3-5 business days. Please note that we're closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

How long does it take to receive my order

Shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Ground shipments generally take 5-8 business days for delivery. Currently, we do not provide expedited shipping options..

What countries do you ship to?

You can buy all Planet Chiquis items exclusively in the USA. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

My package was lost, stolen, delayed or damaged!

Planet Chiquis is not liable for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages. All claims related to incomplete delivery issues should be directed to USPS or UPS.

My package shows delivered but I have not received it.

USPS tracking information is sometimes updated ahead of actual delivery, leading to premature "delivered" status. Your package is likely on its way and should arrive in the next few days. For more details, we suggest reaching out to your local post office.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders over $150. For all orders under $150, you will be charged a flat rate of  $6.99-$19.99 depending on the final package size.

Do you offer express shipping?

 Currently, we do not provide expedited shipping options.

ORDERS

My order has already been shipped, but I need to make changes or update my address.

Please note that modifications can only be made to orders that have not yet been shipped. Kindly send an email to support@planetchiquis.com with your order number and the reason for the modification, and we will respond within 24-48 hours.

Once an order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations. If the order has been shipped, we can only update the address if the package is returned to our facility. Alternatively, you may contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number to request an address change.

I am having trouble placing my order.

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Apple Pay, ShopPay, and PayPal.

What are installments by ShopPay?

Installments by ShopPay are services that allow you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation is only possible for orders that haven't been shipped. For further assistance, please reach out to support@planetchiquis.com. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

How do I check on my order status?

We suggest you start by setting up an account with us. Please be aware that order processing and updates occur exclusively on business days. All pertinent updates and status alerts regarding your order will be sent to the email you provided during purchase creation. An initial confirmation email will be sent when your order is confirmed. A second notification will follow once the order is picked up by USPS or UPS, containing your tracking information. The final notification will arrive upon successful delivery of your package.

RETURN POLICY

I received the wrong item(s) or something is missing from my order.

Kindly reach out to our customer service team by emailing support@planetchiquis.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery for further assistance. Keep all items on hold until you receive instructions on the next steps for a resolution.

What is the process for returns and exchanges or refunds? 

Regrettably, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
